Beastro is a fusion of tradition and craftsmanship between three passionate foodies; a butcher, a baker and a chef. 

With an already successful street food enterprise, Beastro wanted to establish their brand as a brick and mortar restaurant that catered to both their loyal street food following, and a new fine-dining clientele. 

 

Brand Identity

A bold logotype was created to feel modern, but with a nod to decades of craftsmanship—using an angular typeface to look delicately carved.

The two contrasting dining experiences were represented through a rotating B mark. An upper case B—for the grab-and-go lunch time fiends in need of something bold, meaty, and fuss free. The opposite side, a lower case b—dainty and elegant, reflecting the refined evening experience.

The wider brand palette, was inspired by the meat preparation process, taking its form in intricate patterned illustrations and low-lit, dramatic photography that heroes their craft.

Interiors

The restaurant interiors gave a modern twist on a welcoming farmhouse theme—with statement features in the form of a decorative plate wall, bespoke commissioned lighting and metallic copper details.
